 Ride
season is here...
If your organization is planning a charity motorcycle run and
you would like it promoted on the Ride Report at
www.y106.com,
just email the information to
ride@y106.com.
Be sure to include the name of the event, charity to benefit,
date, time the run starts, start and finish location, entrance
fee and an email address or phone number where a member of your
organization can be contacted. We'll make sure all the bikers in
South Cental Indiana know about it.

The 4th annual
Freedom Ride and Celebration is on Wednesday, July 4th. It
starts and ends at Revealing Light Baptist Fellowship, on US 31
across from Gilmans in Edinburgh. Registration is at 2pm,
with kickstands up an hour later. There will be a People's
Choice Car and Bike Show, live music at 7:30 that night from the
Dirt Road Band, along with food and fun for the family - and
that includes fireworks at dusk!

The Ride-For-Wishes
will take place this year on Saturday July 14th. The
ride will be sponsored this year by Y106 and Cummins and all
bikes are welcome. A 100 mile ride through Southeastern
Indiana’s small towns and farmlands. All net proceeds
benefiting the Make-A-Wish Foundation® of Ohio, Kentucky &
Indiana - Indiana Region. The registration starts at 10am;
the ride leaves at 1pm from CEP-500 on Central Avenue. This annual event is one that a
first timer will enjoy as much as someone who participates in
benefit rides on multiple weekends. Come and enjoy this leisure
ride on smooth back roads, Safe stops, cool door prizes and a
great party at the end. $20.00/bike-riders are free

The 1st annual ride
for the Lost Limbs Foundation is July 14, starting at Seymour
High School parking lot and ending in the Jackson-Washington
Forestry in Brownstown. $15 for single rider and $20 per
couple, sign-in at 9:30am, kickstands up at 11:30. Meal
and drinks after the ride with prize drawings
afterward.

Hogs
for Dogs Motorcycle Ride and Fish Fry is on July 14, 2012,
registration at 9:30am and the ride starting at
11am, at the Tasty Shop, 510 West Center Cross Street in
Edinburgh. $15
per bike, $20 with rider. T-shirt and meals provided to all bikers, along with bracelets
and t-shirts for sale, as well as entertainment, door prizes,
and raffles. All proceeds go to the Humane Society of
Johnson County.

Angels of Gabe presents the Ride for Jada on
July 14, 2012

Jada is a six-year-old girl battling Astrocytoma Brain
Cancer as well as
Ewing
’s
Sarcoma in her pelvic region and spinal cord.
Registration starts at
8am
at the Thornton Park
Pavilion in
Bedford
, with departure at
10am
.
$20 per vehicle.
The ride ends at the
Town Square
in
Orleans
. Various activities,
food, and raffles will be conducted at the end of the ride, as
well as other activities. Funds
raised will aid Jada’s battele with her illnesses.
Any and all vehicles are welcome to join the ride, but
motorcycles are recommended.
Donations are also welcome - contact Debbie at

of amount.
