A large Indianapolis homebuilder that has seen dozens of complaints and lawsuits is now going to be liquidated. A judge yesterday officially ended the business of Hansen and Horn after determining that the company was insolvent and should be liquidated. Linda Witham claims Hansen and Horn owes them thousands of dollars.
Judge Heather Welch says the company has more than 14-million-dollars in liabilities against seven-million-dollars in assets.
